Sahara has created a new wave of classical music under the creative drive of saxophonist and composer Sarah Louise Ings, formed in September 2007. Sahara's single, Sahara Tango is now available to download on itunes.
Sahara's success is not one to be taken lightly. In less than one month Sahara performed to over 20,000 people, been the face of Walk the Walk for Breast Cancer Bristol, interviewed by Muso and Classical Music Magazine and featured in the MU newsletter which goes out to 70,000 readers. March 2009 saw the release of their music video on Classic FM TV and now they are due to release their EP with Rupert Christie, producer for Karl Jenkins and Universal records to name a few.
